Sharon Kane receives a distressing phone call from her neighbor about the recent behavior of her dear boyfriend. It seems that Doug Fulton just can’t keep his hands off of those pretty panties, and this time he’s been stealing them from the neighbor lady’s clothesline. To complete the perfect crime, he’s taken the lady’s favorite pair of pink lacy panties! Sharon is embarrassed, to say the least, and says she’ll get matters under control if the woman next door promises not to press formal charges. Sharon confronts Doug with the whole sordid tale, and of course, Doug, as impudent as ever, will not admit guilt!
