Laurel Blake is the June Cleaver of wives; when her grumpy hubby gets home from work, she greets him at the door in a frilly dress, pampers him by removing his shoes and placing his slippers on his feet, beings him the paper, and perfectly folded and opened to the sports section, and has a gourmet meal waiting for him@ But Brian, the ever-distinguished businessman, is too tired from his day of meetings to even give a glance to his gorgeous new bride. Instead, he wants her to leave him alone. Laurel tries to be sweet about it, but as she angrily does all the dishes solo, she realizes that after only three months of marriage, the honeymoon shouldn’t be over. She decides that she deserves better, and knows exactly how to get it.
